Do any of you plan Digital Learning Days, days that students learn entirely online? Like Digital Snow Days.
We don’t but I love that idea!
We do! We developed a pretty itemized protocol for faculty and students.
If you have any resources related to those digital learning days, feel free to share them in the Chat!
We just started the high school this year for ACT testing day, and to see if we can cover snow day make up days next year.
Thank you, Kristin!
Thank you, Kristin.
Do you have an example of your byte size email training?
Brian - here is the link to our Byte Size Canvas trainings…its the real stuff so use what you like. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MqAxP6WVaHNoj-qz6w89uMD-P4ICHe8hcrWxevgRIBc/edit#
I love that Kristin! Asking the students “What do you want your course experience to be?”
Love the use of color for units

There’s a great example of student-centered teaching & learning!
I love that!! They also see different examples of Canvas throughout their day with different teachers, so they know what they prefer!
Can someone share the bit.ly link?
(That’s to Tracy’s presentation)
This is the one to the entire presentation: http://bit.ly/feb18canvas
Here is the link to the Marcia Kish Blended Learning resources: Send them to www.blendedlearningpd.com
Thanks for all the great resources.
I captured all the links shared in the chat today in a master notes document. We’ll be sure to share out my notes in our follow-up.
Great chat! :)
Would one of the hosts be able to consolidate the shared resources on one page for reference?
