Grade report will be useful to batch upload the data to our database.

The unpublished course report might be helpful to track the progress specialists are making on their courses.

The Students with No Submissions report will be very helpful. If students are not completing initial assignments, then they can't continue in our Reading by Design course.

The zero activity /students with no submissions reports will be helpful for monitoring my learners since my class has required prework and ongoing work that takes place after training.

Reports can help us identify different trends.

The User Course Access Log gives me some good information to know how long students are taking to progress through my courses.

As an admin, will we be able to view the courses that are in the process of being built by our teams? Or will we only see them when they've been completed?

With the apps, we plan to have a vetting committee to review before installing to Canvas. All apps work differently and need to be tested ahead of time for their compatibility and use, as well as the data they pull that we may not want them to have access to. More to come on APP vetting :)

Reports...for example seeing our instructor to teacher ration of 1 instructor for every 13 students was helpful

But every app functions differently, so it may not have all the functions you want it to, or that it has in it's innate form (like on their website)

We might need to change some naming conventions to show what Masters is under. Good thing to see, so as we chart on, we will keep adjusting to suit our needs :)

How does the username and password generation work for new participants?

Kathi, for now, we put them in by email address for the username and they create their own password

There may be a time in the future where they will Single Sign On using their escWorks log in, but we are not at that point yet

Monica, what you are saying is that if the course is selected as BLUE PRINT, and I make changes in it, those changes will be reflected in PREVIOUS copied courses?

Rosario, we are not able to change what has been done to a blueprint at this point since the content is all in there

Sorry... yes

I mean since the courses have been duplicated...originally with blueprints, you want to associate them to blank course shells and then push the blueprint to those shells

Then from that point on, changes in the blueprint can trickle down to the associated courses

We might need to look at this after your cycle, for upcoming cycles

So then changes to the Blueprint will occur the next time you push it to a shell?

The Blueprint is the master, so changes will occur to the courses associated to it

You can choose to sync certain settings, content, or both content and settings
