Mac Caption for captioning
We use Panopto for creating videos. Anything we need to especially pay attention to using that?
Is Mac Caption available for the Windows environment also?
Make sure to edit the text file before you upload it and watch the video again to make sure the timing is correct, that there are no spelling or grammar errors

We utilize groups based on their tyoe of shifts: days, evenings, and nights
We use some of our courses for both a blended learning path and an online only learning path. Would be good to see if compliance is different for those two groups.
Groups by role, specify trainings for groups
We use Bridge externally for our customers. I know when the new deep dive rolled out, there was talk about having sub-accounts visible on the Insights page of the root account. That would be HUGE for us - a one stop look where we can see how we can jump in and assist different clients (crossing our fingers that this is still on the roadmap).

Categories create swim lanes on the screen and tags don’t. We use categories for the large divisions (compliance, computer training, professional development, etc). And then tag to further filter
We also use tags to differentiate from courses to "reference materials" so people know the difference
Use it to customize the learning library for your groups! Not all Learners have to have the same courses/categories in their Learning Library!
I agree. due to work ebb and flows, creating a program is easier for people to manage on their time.

I send an email blast saying "MANDATORY" lol seems to work effectively..
We provide our clients with newsletters, posters, and digital vignettes to create "campaigns" within their offices around the topics that they have to complete for their compliance training.
We send out a weekly email that identifies where the learners stand with their training. I also provide a reminder of any course's due dates.
The personalized notes work best for me. They feel like I'm harassing each of them so they do it so i don't have to be a constant stalker
We would love to figue out a way to not only provide those supporting deliverables to our clients to deploy internally, but also host them on Bridge.
Who moderates your discussions?
We also are doing Bridge courses as alternate versions of some live trainings. The live trainings are acumulative, so we are having increased participation because people realize they can access the content from previous sessions they missed so they can access the training at later times (this is for member training on various topics)
What do you find are your most useful attributes for employees?
We have users across several accounts/sub-accounts using different data systems/attributes and are moving towards making a single-user file across the system. Just curious on what employee attributes have been the most beneficial.

When we're approached with, "We need to develop a trianing for ....." we have a conversation and evaluate if the topic they are wanting to create a training over is 1) better served as an announcement/communication 2) better served as a policy/procedure change or 3) looking to change behavior or is a compliance need .... only when we hit #3 do we develop the training (versus a checkpoint or internal communication)
